Western Region ( St Elizabeth, Westmoreland, St James, Hanover, Trelawny )

Seeking a strategy-driven, highly organised and customer-centric individual, responsible for delivering sales objectives by proactively seeking new business opportunities among both new and existing clients; and satisfactorily maintaining existing accounts through outstanding customer service and customer relationship building. 

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Achieve your sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet the Company KPI of a minimum of six (6) customer visits and four (4) quotes each day.
  • Submit your daily sales activity report through our digital platform.
  • Engage and promote the full range of Rentokil Initial products and services to both new and existing commercial and residential clients.
  • Build, nurture, and sustain vital business relationships with current and potential customers within your assigned market segment to drive growth.
  • Strategically plan and organize your personal sales approach to reach your defined goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a customer value plan for both existing and prospective clients, identifying key profiles, market share, and value opportunities.
  • Actively schedule in-person visits and presentations with current and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with sales management, finance, service control, and technical service teams to ensure the seamless execution of our products and services.
  • Provide management with written reports detailing customer needs, issues, interests, competitive landscape, and other relevant insights as needed.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the parishes of Western Region ( St Elizabeth, Westmoreland, St James, Hanover, Trelawny ) 
  • Own a reliable vehicle
  • Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture, Construction Management, or Sales & Marketing
  • Minimum of Two (2) years’ experience in outdoor (face to face) sales, with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding set targets
  • Good abilities with Digital App technologies on tablets or phones.
  • Proficiency in Google Documents / Microsoft Office suite
  • Pest Control applicator certification an asset
