Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Position: Physical Therapist
Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office
Pay: $50–$55 per hour
Office: Based in one Pompano Beach clinic only

We are looking for a Physical Therapist in Pompano Beach, FL for a one-location outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role gives you the chance to treat patients with real-world movement challenges, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, joint pain, stiffness, weakness, and mobility issues.

The day-to-day work includes evaluations, treatment planning, active rehab, hands-on care, and patient education. You will help patients understand their goals and move toward better function in a structured outpatient setting.

Schedule Options Include:

• Four 10-hour days
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assess orthopedic patients and determine therapy goals
• Create treatment plans based on diagnosis, function, and patient needs
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional rehab
• Monitor patient response and adjust treatment when appropriate
• Teach home exercises and movement strategies
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Collaborate with staff to support clinic flow and patient care

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience or outpatient clinical rotation experience
