About the role
Job Overview
To aggressively drive B2B sales growth in Nepal by onboarding and managing manpower agencies supplying workforce to the Middle East, promoting Attestation & Apostille support services as a mandatory and essential compliance requirement for overseas employment. This role requires high field presence, strong negotiation capability, and the ability to build long-term commercial partnerships with manpower agencies.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Business Development & Revenue Growth
Ø Own and drive B2B revenue generation across assigned territory
Ø Conduct aggressive door-to-door field visits targeting manpower agencies and recruitment companies
Ø Identify, onboard, and activate new manpower agencies for attestation service usage
Ø Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Ø Develop commercial proposals, pricing discussions, and service agreements
Ø Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure continuous conversion
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
• Client Relationship Management
Ø Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in manpower agencies
Ø Position as the preferred compliance partner for Middle East deployments
Ø Conduct product presentations and training sessions for agency staff
Ø Ensure adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Ø Resolve escalations and ensure high client satisfaction
• Operational & Compliance Oversight
Ø Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth execution of attestation cases
Ø Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and service quality
Ø Ensure full compliance with policies and information security standards
Ø Maintain accurate MIS, sales reports, and performance dashboards
• Strategic Market Development
Ø Map the manpower ecosystem in Nepal (NAFEA members, large recruitment agencies, regional players)
Ø Identify volume potential by agency and create agency-wise growth plans
Ø Monitor competitor activity and pricing
Ø Provide structured market intelligence to management

• Execute special assignments/projects assigned by reporting manager.

Education
· Graduation or a relevant degree
Experience
· 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience
· Experience in manpower/recruitment/immigration/visa services preferred
· Strong understanding of Middle East deployment process is an advantage
· Prior experience in field sales is essential
