Job Description:
US Mobile is looking for a hands-on IT & Cloud Access Administrator to manage and streamline how our teams access tools, infrastructure, and information. You’ll sit at the intersection of IT support, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and cloud infrastructure — ensuring our employees have secure, reliable, and compliant access to internal and cloud systems.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving operational puzzles, and wants to scale access and identity workflows across corporate and cloud systems.
The role is based out of our New York office.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and optimize Okta for SSO, SCIM provisioning, MFA, and lifecycle policiesManage user onboarding/offboarding, permission requests, and group-based access controlsSupport and maintain SAML/OIDC integrations with third-party appsConfigure and manage Jamf for macOS/iOS device enrollment, compliance, and supportAssist employees with MDM-related issues and maintain endpoint security postureManage AWS IAM roles, policies, and user/group access — with a strong focus on least privilegeConfigure GCP IAM roles, service accounts, and project-level accessSupport identity federation/integration between Okta and cloud providers (e.g., AWS SSO, GCP Workforce Identity Federation)Respond to internal access support tickets in a timely and professional mannerDocument processes and create playbooks for repeatable tasksPartner with engineering, security, and HR to improve and automate access provisioningRequirements:
2+ years of experience in IT administration, access management, or support engineeringSolid hands-on experience with Okta (or similar IDP platforms)Strong working knowledge of Jamf or Apple MDM platformsExperience managing IAM in AWS and/or GCP (roles, policies, permissions)Familiarity with SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocolsExcellent communication skills and a bias for documentationSomeone who can work with cross functional teams (VERY IMPORTANT)Nice to Haves:
Scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.) to automate repetitive tasksExperience with Terraform or infrastructure-as-code for cloud access controlAwareness of compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or CIS benchmarksPrior experience supporting a fast-growing, cloud-native tech companyBenefits:
