We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our skin and aesthetic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient relationships, counseling patients on skin, hair, and laser treatments, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout their treatment journey. This role requires excellent communication skills, a patient-centric approach, and the ability to build trust while coordinating with doctors and clinic staff.
The CRM Executive will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing patients, providing accurate information about available treatments, addressing patient queries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining long-term relationships that contribute to patient satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients regarding skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments by understanding their concerns and explaining suitable treatment options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing patients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, and treatment schedules with doctors and clinic staff.
- Educate patients about treatment procedures, benefits, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and follow-up requirements.
- Maintain accurate patient records, consultation details, and communication history using CRM systems and MS Office applications.
- Follow up with prospective patients to convert inquiries into consultations and support treatment plan closures.
- Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Work closely with the medical and front office teams to ensure seamless patient service and operational efficiency.
- Support promotional campaigns, patient engagement initiatives, and retention programs.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports related to patient interactions, appointments, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and comply with clinic policies and healthcare standards.
Required Skills
- Strong CRM and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent patient counselling abilities, particularly for skin, hair, and laser treatments.
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple patient interactions efficiently.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates with a background in healthcare, life sciences, or business administration will be preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in CRM, patient counselling, customer service, or front office operations within a skin clinic, aesthetic clinic, cosmetic healthcare, wellness, or healthcare environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in counselling patients for dermatology, cosmetology, laser, or aesthetic procedures.
- Confident personality with excellent presentation and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and conversion abilities.
- Ability to understand patient needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans in coordination with medical professionals.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting patient relationships.
