We're looking for a driven Real Estate Acquisitions Agent to connect with motivated homeowners, understand their needs, evaluate properties, and negotiate purchase agreements. This is a fully remote opportunity where you'll play a key role in acquiring investment properties and directly contribute to the company's continued growth.

Requirements
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with homeowners and understand their goals.
- Conduct outbound outreach to generate opportunities and follow up with motivated sellers.
- Evaluate properties and negotiate purchase agreements.
- Guide sellers through the acquisition process from initial conversation to signed contract.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and consistently follow up on active opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth contract execution and successful closings.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales, negotiation, or business development experience.
- Confident communicator who enjoys building rapport and asking for the sale.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
- Real estate, acquisitions, wholesaling, or investment experience is a plus, but we're also open to top-performing sales professionals looking to break into the industry.
Benefits
Compensation
- Base Salary: $30,000 per year plus commission
- Uncapped Commission Structure
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000–$120,000+ annually
