- Collaborative Culture: Work directly with founders and team leads to shape how we grow.
- International Reach: Hire across diverse markets, functions, and seniority levels.
- Real Impact: Touch every new hire’s journey from interview to first 90 days, and shape the culture they walk into.
- Two Hats: Half your week on recruiting (sourcing, screening, coordination) and half on the human side (onboarding, events, L&D).
📋 What You'll Be Doing
- Sourcing & Screening: Support the TA Manager with active sourcing on LinkedIn, candidate screening, and first-round calls across technical, commercial and operational roles.
- Interview Coordination: Own scheduling, candidate communication and a smooth process end-to-end, candidates should feel they’re our priority.

- Employee Events & Engagement: Plan and run team rituals, all-hands logistics, birthdays and work anniversaries, team offsites and culture events that make this team feel like a team.
- L&D Coordination: Manage the training & development calendar, coordinate external trainings, internal knowledge-sharing sessions and individual development requests.
- Candidate & Employee Experience: Ensure every touchpoint from first outreach to first month, leaves a positive, professional impression of Sanction Scanner.
- People Ops Support: Maintain accurate records in Workable, help with documentation and support broader People & Culture initiatives.
