About the role
- Assist in leasing operations and coordination for assigned commercial and residential properties
- Prepare leasing‑related documents, agreements and correspondence
- Liaise with property agencies, tenants and internal stakeholders on mortgagee sale properties and leasing matters in accordance with business strategies
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and defect rectification for office, branches and other properties
- Work closely with service providers, contractors and facilities management teams
- Monitor maintenance and renovation works to ensure quality and timelines
- Support renovation, relocation and handover projects
- Assist in service agreement application, renewal and termination for equipment and service
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team
- Handle ad‑hoc duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Real Estate/ Hospitality/ Facilities Management, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- Minimum 2 years' experience in leasing, property developer or agency service
- Possess of EAA license is an advantage
- Good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, aggressive and outgoing
- Well organized, attentive to details, able to handle multi-tasks with strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work outdoor and availability for weekend and public holiday shifts as required
- Immediately available is highly preferred
