Eram Talent is looking for a Technology Consulting Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Technology Consulting specialist plays a major part in IT customer's educational needs and desJg.ning training materials on IT solutions. This role acts as a link between information technology and business customers by managing and ensuring the successful completion of business analysis tasks. This position requires well rounded experience and ability in multiple disciplines within IT including, but not limited to business communication, business analysis and knowledge transfer with IT personnel and customers. .

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client business processes and existing technology infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Designs, creates, develops, customizes and maintains training materials and resources to deliver agreed outcomes, and meet accreditation through design, configuration and testing of training environments, including creation of simulated data, and replication of external systems, interfaces and assessment systems.
  • Maintains, publicizes and promotes catalogue of IT learning and development activities. Arranges facilities and schedules with learning and development providers as appropriate.
  • Develop technology strategies and roadmaps that align with clients' business goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance on digital transformation initiatives, including AI, cloud computing, IoT, and big data analytics.
  • Assist clients in evaluating and selecting appropriate technology solutions from vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of technology projects.
  • Deliver training and support to clients to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
  • Stay updated on emerging technology trends and share knowledge with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or other quantitative discipline.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 6+ years of graphic design, technology/business analysis including proven facilitation skills
    • Experience in conducting trainings sessions and developing training materials.
    • Familiarity with PMI or ITIL methods, and process mapping tools .
    • Proven experience in project management and leading technology implementation projects.
    • Ability to design and maintain training materials and simulated training environments, including creation of test data and replication of external systems.
    • Strong understanding of various technologies such as cloud services, AI/ML, IoT, and enterprise software.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with clients at all levels.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.
