We are now looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide executive-level support and contribute to the smooth and effective operation of the Executive Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, and supporting materials
- Organize domestic and international business travel, accommodations, and itineraries
- Manage correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the CEO
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, clients, partners, and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and executive documentation
- Monitor deadlines, priorities, and follow-up actions to ensure timely execution
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Support the CEO in the coordination of strategic projects and business initiatives
- Assist in organizing company events, management meetings, and executive activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems and digital collaboration tools will be considered an asset
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Possession of a driver’s license will be considered an additional asset
