About the role
Why Cast AI?
We're driving growth across two products: Cast AI, a cloud-native Kubernetes cost optimization platform, and Kimchi, an agentic coding platform for developers. Performance here means more than paid ads. It means owning the full picture of what drives a measurable pipeline, from paid channels to AI visibility to performance partnerships.
Over 2,100 companies already rely on Cast AI, including Akamai, BMW, Cisco, FICO, HuggingFace, NielsenIQ, Swisscom, and TGS.
Global team, diverse perspectives
We're headquartered in Miami, but our impact is international. We take a global and intentional approach to diversity. Today, Cast AI operates across 34 countries spanning Europe, North America, Latin America, and APAC, bringing a wide range of perspectives into how we build and lead.
Unicorn momentum
In January 2026, we achieved unicorn status with a strategic investment from Pacific Alliance Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Shinsegae Group (a $50+ billion Korean conglomerate). Our valuation now exceeds $1 billion, and we're just getting started.
Join us as we build the future of autonomous infrastructure.
About the role
We're looking for a Growth Performance Engineer who is hands-on, AI-native, and obsessed with what actually moves the numbers. You'll own the performance engine across both products and build the systems that scale it.
What you'll own:
- Paid media strategy and execution across Google, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
- AI visibility and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): making sure CAST AI and Kimchi show up where buyers are increasingly searching
- Monitor and influence how CAST AI and Kimchi appear in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, AI Overviews) - citation building, structured content, schema
- Performance partnerships: identifying, launching, and optimizing partnerships that drive measurable growth
- Full-funnel tracking, attribution, and reporting across paid and performance channels
- Experimentation across channels, audiences, and messaging to find what converts
- Budget management and ROI accountability
Who you are:
- Hands-on IC, you have fun in winning, you build and run things yourself, not just strategize
- You've thought seriously about LLM training data, citation sources, and why some brands show up in AI answers and others don't
- AI-native, you use AI tools to move faster, test more, and you no longer manually adjusting the bids, you have an agent, or planning to build one to do it for you
- You've owned paid performance before and have results to show
- You understand AEO/GEO and where AI search visibility is heading
- Data-driven by default, you don't run campaigns you can't measure
- Comfortable across both developer tooling and cloud-native ecosystems, or sharp enough to get there fast
What’s in it for you?
- Competitive salary.
- Enjoy a flexible, remote-first global environment.
- Collaborate with a global team of cloud experts and innovators, passionate about pushing the boundaries of Kubernetes technology.
- Equity options.
- Spend 10% of your work time on personal projects or self-improvement.
- Learning budget for professional and personal development - including access to international conferences and courses that elevate your skills.
- Team-building budget and company events to connect with your colleagues.
- Equipment budget to ensure you have everything you need.
- Extra days off to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.
