Roles:

  • 1 x Product Manager – Data Integration and Connectivity (permanent)

  • 1 x Product Manager – Advice Fees and Charging Architecture (permanent)

  • 1 x Product Manager – Investment Administration and Reporting (permanent)

  • 1 x Product Manager – Unified Orders (12 month fixed term contract)

The Opportunity

Netwealth is continuing to invest in building best-in-class platform capabilities and is looking for multiple Product Managers to join our growing product team.

These roles sit across key areas of the platform, from data and integrations through to fees, reporting, and investment administration. Each plays a critical role in how we deliver scalable, reliable, and high quality outcomes for advisers and clients.

Working in a product-led environment, you will own problems to solve rather than a backlog of features. You will be responsible for understanding how your domain works today, identifying where value can be created, and partnering with engineering and stakeholders to deliver meaningful improvements over time.

This is an opportunity to work on complex, high impact areas of the platform where the problems are real, the systems are deeply interconnected, and the outcomes matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of a product domain and developing a deep understanding of how it operates, including underlying systems, data, and workflows

  • Identifying the most important problems to solve, balancing customer, operational, and business needs

  • Leading product discovery to understand pain points, test ideas, and shape the right solutions

  • Working closely with engineering to design and deliver improvements through small, iterative releases

  • Simplifying complex, process driven areas and reducing manual handling and risk

  • Using data and insights to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and continuously improve the product

  • Balancing BAU, regulatory, and operational priorities with longer term product and platform improvements

  • Partnering with stakeholders across technology, operations, finance, and risk to align on priorities and drive outcomes

About You

You’re a Product Manager who enjoys working in complex, data rich environments where the problems are not always obvious and the value comes from getting the fundamentals right.

You’re comfortable being given problems to solve rather than a list of features to deliver, and you work closely with your team to find the best path forward. You care about outcomes, use data to guide your thinking, and take a pragmatic approach to delivery.

Your experience includes:

  • Proven product management experience within investment platforms, financial services, or similarly complex environments

  • Strong product experience working with data, integrations, workflows, or operational systems is essential

  • Exposure to investment administration, tax reporting, client reporting, or asset management processes is ideal

  • Experience working with data heavy systems and understanding how financial data flows through platforms

  • Ability to simplify complex processes and communicate clearly with both technical and non technical stakeholders

  • Experience working in cross functional teams with engineering and business partners

  • A structured, outcome focused approach to problem solving, with the ability to balance short term needs with longer term improvements

  • Comfort working in a product led environment where teams are empowered to explore solutions and continuously improve

  • A product-led mindset, with the ability to balance day-to-day operational needs with longer-term architectural improvement
