About the Role


As Social Media Manager, you’ll lead and elevate Mindvalley’s social media presence across all platforms, driving engagement, growth, and brand consistency. You’ll shape and execute strategy, manage a talented team, and ensure our content inspires and connects with a global audience.

What You'll do:

  • Improve and execute Mindvalley’s social media strategy in partnership with the Chief Growth Officer

  • Oversee, brainstorm, and manage all content published on social channels

  • Measure and report on campaign performance using the right metrics and analytics tools

  • Stay ahead of social media trends and quickly implement new best practices

  • Use and optimize tools like Agorapulse; introduce automation to streamline team workflows

  • Collaborate with content strategists, campaign managers, copywriters, designers, and cross-functional teams

  • Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals and influencers

  • Continuously optimize every checkpoint on each platform for maximum impact

What success looks like:

  • Social media strategy is refined and delivering measurable growth in reach, engagement, and leads

  • Content output is consistent, high-quality, and fully aligned with Mindvalley’s brand

  • Team members are clear on goals, empowered, and performing at a high level

  • New trends and tools are identified and implemented, keeping Mindvalley ahead of the curve

  • Strong cross-team collaboration and influencer partnerships are established

Experience:

  • 5+ years in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing

  • 2+ years leading a social media team

  • Proven results growing social channels for major brands

  • Deep knowledge of Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms

  • Mastery of social media algorithms, metrics, and optimization for reach, engagement, and revenue

  • Experience with audience and persona research

  • Strong project management, time management, and communication skills

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
