Job Summary

We are looking for a Massachusetts Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to clients seeking support with relationship health, family conflict, emotional stress, anxiety, adjustment issues, and major life transitions. This role is focused on consistent clinical care. You will meet with clients virtually, understand their concerns, provide therapy based on their goals, and help them work toward healthier communication, stronger coping skills, and improved relationship patterns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Evaluate client needs through intake appointments and ongoing clinical review
• Use family systems knowledge to understand relationship patterns and client concerns
• Guide clients through conflict, communication issues, emotional distress, and family changes
• Create and maintain treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical observations
• Document services accurately, including progress notes and updates to care plans
• Protect client privacy and maintain secure telehealth practices
• Respond appropriately to risk concerns, mandated reporting needs, or higher levels of care

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Massachusetts
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
• Must have reliable internet and a private workspace for virtual sessions
