We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the establishment of a new Commercial Global Business Services (GBS) Hub in Budapest. You will take ownership of a strategic business initiative, managing the project from initial concept through delivery and operational handover.

This assignment is expected to last approximately 12 months, starting in September 2026, and requires on-site presence in Budapest throughout the duration of the project.

YOU WILL

• Lead the project from concept and design through execution, delivery, and handover.
• Define and manage project scope, budget, timeline, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business teams, project teams, landlords, designers, contractors, and delivery partners.
• Drive collaboration across multiple workstreams to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project governance, reporting, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate decision-making and ensure timely resolution of project challenges.
• Coordinate workplace design, technical development, and fit-out activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery against agreed quality, cost, and schedule expectations.
• Support operational readiness, transition planning, and user onboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with workplace, health and safety, and quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive project environment focused on successful delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong end-to-end project management skills, including planning, execution, governance, risk, and budget management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and project workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic, and international environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ownership mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Experience managing office setup, workplace transformation, relocation, or fit-out projects.
• Solid understanding of workplace design, construction, technical infrastructure, and delivery processes.
• Experience coordinating external vendors, contractors, and delivery partners.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Structured decision-making capability and attention to detail.
• Cultural awareness and an inclusive leadership mindset.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Hungarian language skills will be considered an asset.
