Aim High
Enterprise buyers increasingly trust people more than brands. At Ataccama, some of our strongest voices are our executives, product leaders, data experts, and customer advocates. Your job is to help those voices reach the market.
We're looking for an AI-native marketer who lives and breathes social media, understands how thought leadership is built, and knows how to turn technical expertise into content people actually want to read.
This role owns our executive and employee social strategy first. You'll partner closely with our CEO, CPO, field leaders, and subject matter experts to develop authentic LinkedIn content, build their presence, and help position Ataccama as a leader in AI, data quality, and data trust.
Beyond social, you'll support customer advocacy and content marketing, from coordinating case studies and review programs to writing blogs, emails, and launch content. AI isn't an add-on for this role. It's how you work. We expect someone who uses AI to move faster, automate repetitive work, and create better marketing.
Your Challenge
Executive & Employee Thought Leadership
Own LinkedIn programs for executives, technical leaders, and subject matter experts
Interview SMEs and transform their ideas into authentic, high-quality content
Develop editorial calendars and posting strategies for executive accounts
Track performance and continually improve content based on engagement
Build scalable programs that encourage employee advocacy across the company
Brand Social Media
Own Ataccama's LinkedIn presence and editorial calendar
Create social campaigns around product launches, customer stories, research, events, and partner announcements
Identify opportunities to participate in industry conversations in real time
Measure channel performance and recommend improvements
Customer Advocacy
Support Ataccama's customer advocacy program
Coordinate customer reviews across Gartner Peer Insights and G2
Help manage reference requests and customer relationships
Coordinate case study production, customer interviews, approvals, and publishing logistics
Work closely with Customer Success and Sales to identify new customer stories
Content Marketing
Write and edit blogs, customer stories, emails, landing page copy, and campaign assets
Repurpose long-form content into social, email, and executive thought leadership
Help execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels
Support product launches and major marketing initiatives with content
How You Use AI
We're not looking for someone who occasionally uses ChatGPT.
We're looking for someone who naturally approaches marketing with an AI-first mindset.
You'll use AI to:
Build repeatable workflows for content creation, research, reporting, and publishing
Generate first drafts quickly while applying strong editorial judgment to make content feel authentic
Adapt content to the unique voice of different executives and technical experts
Automate repetitive marketing tasks so more time is spent on creativity and strategy
Analyze social performance and identify trends without manually assembling reports
Continuously experiment with new AI tools, workflows, and agents that improve how our team works
Is This You?
3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with significant experience in social media, executive thought leadership, or content marketing
Exceptional writer who can simplify technical concepts without oversimplifying them
Proven experience growing executive or company social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn
Comfortable interviewing technical experts and turning conversations into compelling content
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
Naturally curious about AI, enterprise software, and emerging technology
Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve the quality and speed of your work
Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn analytics, social publishing tools, or similar marketing platforms is a plus
You'll Thrive Here If You
Get excited about building a person's brand, not just posting content
Think like an editor, not just a marketer
Enjoy turning complex ideas into clear stories
Like creating systems that make great work repeatable
See AI as a creative partner rather than just a writing assistant
Want to help shape how a fast-growing AI company shows up in the market
At Ataccama, our core values are Candid & Caring, so we are upfront about our process and details that are important to you. We sometimes use AI tools to help us with things like reviewing applications, taking notes from screening conversations, scheduling interviews, or supporting assessments. These tools make the process smoother and fairer — but don’t worry, they never make the final decision. Every hiring decision is made by our Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, with AI only acting as a helpful assistant. We believe technology should support the process, not replace the human touch. We currently use AI-assisted tools - Metaview for interview notes and Lever Talent Fit to help highlight key experience.
