Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Own planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of technical projects across cross-functional teams.
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and overall program governance.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery reporting.
- Ensure alignment between engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Technical Leadership
- Understand system architecture, data flows, APIs, cloud components, and integration requirements.
- Partner with architects and engineers to define technical designs, solution approaches, and implementation plans.
- Identify technical risks, constraints, and trade-offs, and guide teams toward viable solutions.
- Support teams in troubleshooting delivery issues and removing blockers.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between business and technical teams.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and execution plans.
- Provide clear project updates, dashboards, and documentation to leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment meetings, decision-making sessions, and release planning.
