Codal is seeking an experienced  Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Human Resources and specializes in topics related to employment such as benefits, compensation, personal data, HR systems, and web tools. We care for our Codal colleagues across the US by providing answers and support, efficiently and effectively, and always keeping privacy in mind. 


Key Responsibilities  

  • Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include the full life cycle of recruitment, interviewing, background/reference checks, offer process, and  onboarding.
  • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and update HR Policies as needed.
  • Research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. 
  • Provide support and guidance to other HR/Talent team members, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
  • May be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, terminations, and handling grievances..
  • Keeping a track of the attendance of the employees and providing Weekly and Monthly reports of team members attendance to staff
  • Filling the leave forms and keeping a track of the leaves taken.
  • Guiding the Tech Leads and managers on how to address performance in a better way by adopting better appraisal practices.
  • Keeping a track on employee turnover and exit rate.
  • Taking the surveys in order to understand their engagement level and accordingly take actions.
  • Planning events or activities regularly or on some occasions, getting those approved by senior management and implementing those.
  • Handling cross cultural related issues
  • Handling PF and government accounts, etc.
  • Delivering Info to CA firm and management as needed
  • Conducting exit interviews of candidates and complete final settlement for the person
  • Develop strategies for minimizing resource cost and guiding management on best solutions.
  • Responsible for maintaining a good reputation of the organization in the market and to think of ways to increase brand visibility.
  • Ensure that Codal maintains a positive, politics free culture where all the employees are treated equally and with dignity and develop a culture where employees are always motivated.
  • Take ownership of the employee experience and contribute directly to the company culture for all employees. 
  • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Plan and execute rewards and recognition programs to increase employee motivation

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the same domain.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems 
  • Big picture perspective as well as detail oriented  mindset.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ethical mindset and Integrity is a must.
  • You have the ability to make a personal connection and explore employee needs all while efficiently navigating resources, systems, and relevant data to resolve inquiries quickly.
  • You have exceptional communication skills, enjoy connecting and helping others, and working in a highly collaborative environment.
  • You understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality in the type of work we do. You practice this with the utmost integrity.
  • You are a creative person who can capture trends and offer solutions. You see pain points as an opportunity to innovate and get better.
  • You are a detail-oriented, organized individual with analytical skills who can pull, understand, and report on business metrics.
  • You have experience with enterprise HR systems (JazzHR, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, etc).

We continually review ranges to address skills, experience and markets. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position

Pay range
$130,000$140,000 USD
