About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide timely and effective technical assistance to clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and smooth resolution of technical concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide a resolution in a timely manner
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
  • Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with technology trends and innovations

Requirements:

  • Can accommodate working on site (Quezon Avenue, QC)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience as a technical support representative
  • Ability to function as the highest point of service escalation
  • Familiarity with Contactless payments (ATMs and Cash Express machines)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
