Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services including:
Exchange Online
SharePoint Online
Microsoft Teams
OneDrive for Business
Lead architecture and implementation of Microsoft 365 tenant environments
Manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD / Entra ID) including:
Identity lifecycle
Conditional Access
MFA and SSO
Implement and manage security & compliance solutions:
Microsoft Defender for Office 365
Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
eDiscovery & retention policies
Microsoft Purview
Plan and execute migration projects:
On-premises to Microsoft 365
Tenant-to-tenant migrations
Automate administrative tasks using:
PowerShell
Microsoft Graph API
Strong knowledge of M365 security, compliance, and governance features.
Implement and monitor security controls (Conditional Access, DLP, MFA, Defender for Office 365).
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Manage tenant configuration, licensing, and lifecycle management.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization across M365 workloads.
Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, and other scripting tools.
Lead the planning, deployment, and management of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Power Platform).
Design and implement governance, compliance, and security frameworks for M365.
Provide L3/L4 support and mentor junior engineers
