Hire Digital is looking for a Field Marketing Executive, SEA (Contract) role. This opportunity supports a fast-growing global fintech company helping businesses manage cross-border payments, financial operations, and global expansion.

You will play a key role in executing regional field marketing programs, events, and demand generation initiatives across Southeast Asia, working closely with Marketing and Sales stakeholders.

Employment Type

This is an initial 12-month full-time contract, with potential for extension or conversion to the client’s headcount, based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

Event Marketing & Execution

  • Support delivery of the SEA regional marketing calendar including conferences, roundtables, webinars, and partner events.
  • Coordinate event timelines, logistics, registrations, production, and on-site execution.
  • Ensure a high-quality attendee experience across all touchpoints.

Vendor & Logistics Management

  • Source venues and suppliers for regional events.
  • Manage external vendors, including production agencies, printers, caterers, and event partners.
  • Coordinate shipment of booth assets, merchandise, and event materials.

Campaign Coordination

  • Support promotional campaigns through email invites, social posts, landing pages, and sales enablement assets.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to maximise attendance and engagement.

Lead Management & Operations

  • Own post-event lead processing and ensure clean data upload into Salesforce.
  • Coordinate timely lead handover to SDR and Sales teams.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy.

Sales & Internal Alignment

  • Work closely with Sales, SDR, Product Marketing, and regional stakeholders.
  • Provide event context, attendee insights, and follow-up support.

Performance Reporting

  • Track core KPIs including registrations, attendance, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline influenced.
  • Support ROI reporting across regional field marketing initiatives. 

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in field marketing, events marketing, campaign execution, or demand generation.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or fast-paced commercial environments preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience using Salesforce and marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in a high-growth startup, scale-up, or fast-paced tech environment.
  • Exposure to regional marketing campaigns across Southeast Asia.
  • Additional Southeast Asian language skills such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Vietnamese.
  • Prior experience supporting conferences, trade shows, or partner events.
