Mellon Technologies SA, seeks to hire a Senior .NET Developer (with Architecture & Team Leadership Skills)

Position Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer who combines strong hands-on development abilities with advanced competencies in analysis, solution design, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding the development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and communicating effectively with stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of backend solutions using C# and .NET technologies
• Conduct system analysis, propose architectural improvements, and ensure best practices
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Mentor and guide junior developers, review code, and promote software development standards
• Participate in planning, estimation, and technical decision-making processes
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability through proper design and implementation

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET / .NET Core)
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean coding principles
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL databases
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams
  

Nice to Have

• Full-stack experience with Razor, Blazor, or other Microsoft web technologies
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript) is a plus
