Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize your civil engineering design and technical skills to annotate, review, and validate AI training data.
2. Collaborate with AI specialists to identify and communicate key civil engineering concepts needed for model development.
3. Translate complex civil engineering problems and processes into structured data sets for algorithmic use.
4. Provide expertise on civil drafting, design methodologies, and construction documentation for AI learning.
5. Review and edit technical materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance for AI training.
6. Communicate findings and feedback clearly in both written reports and virtual meetings.
7. Stay current with industry trends to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of AI model training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related discipline.
2. Proven experience in civil design, drafting, or construction documentation.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
4. Proficient with industry-standard CAD and civil design software.
5. Ability to distill complex engineering concepts into clear, accessible information.
6. Strong organizational and self-management skills, especially in a remote setting.
7. Commitment to accuracy and high-quality data output.
