We are seeking a Client Delivery Manager (Full-time, Remote) to sit at the centre of our delivery ecosystem, ensuring seamless execution of digital content and creative projects across multiple clients.

This role is focused on end-to-end delivery coordination between clients and freelance talent, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard. You will play a critical operational role within the client–talent ecosystem, ensuring clarity, structure, and excellence in execution across all active workstreams.

Responsibilities

CLIENT & DELIVERY COORDINATION

  • Act as the primary point of coordination between clients and freelance talent.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery across multiple client accounts.
  • Translate briefs into clear delivery plans and workflows.
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders on scope, timelines, and expectations.

DELIVERY EXECUTION (CREATIVE & CONTENT)

  • Oversee execution across multiple project types, including:
  • Social media content and campaign assets
  • Copywriting and editorial content
  • Digital creative (ads, banners, landing pages)
  • Track progress, deadlines, and quality across all deliverables.
  • Ensure outputs meet client expectations and agreed standards.
  • Proactively manage delivery risks and bottlenecks.

WORKFLOW & OPERATIONS

  • Maintain structured workflows across all projects from brief to execution until delivery.
  • Coordinate freelancers across concurrent workstreams.
  • Ensure clarity and consistency in briefing and delivery processes.
  • Maintain visibility across all active projects.

Requirements

    • At least 4–8 years of experience in project management, account management, or delivery roles.
    • Strong understanding of digital content and creative production workflows.
    • Experience working with freelance or distributed teams.
    • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously.

NICE TO HAVE

    • Experience in agencies, creative studios, or talent platforms.
    • Exposure to social media or content-led campaigns.
    • Familiarity with performance marketing environments.
