About the role
We are seeking a Client Delivery Manager (Full-time, Remote) to sit at the centre of our delivery ecosystem, ensuring seamless execution of digital content and creative projects across multiple clients.
This role is focused on end-to-end delivery coordination between clients and freelance talent, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard. You will play a critical operational role within the client–talent ecosystem, ensuring clarity, structure, and excellence in execution across all active workstreams.

CLIENT & DELIVERY COORDINATION
- Act as the primary point of coordination between clients and freelance talent.
- Manage day-to-day delivery across multiple client accounts.
- Translate briefs into clear delivery plans and workflows.
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders on scope, timelines, and expectations.
DELIVERY EXECUTION (CREATIVE & CONTENT)
- Oversee execution across multiple project types, including:
- Social media content and campaign assets
- Copywriting and editorial content
- Digital creative (ads, banners, landing pages)
- Track progress, deadlines, and quality across all deliverables.
- Ensure outputs meet client expectations and agreed standards.
- Proactively manage delivery risks and bottlenecks.
WORKFLOW & OPERATIONS
- Maintain structured workflows across all projects from brief to execution until delivery.
- Coordinate freelancers across concurrent workstreams.
- Ensure clarity and consistency in briefing and delivery processes.
- Maintain visibility across all active projects.
Requirements
- At least 4–8 years of experience in project management, account management, or delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of digital content and creative production workflows.
- Experience working with freelance or distributed teams.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in agencies, creative studios, or talent platforms.
- Exposure to social media or content-led campaigns.
- Familiarity with performance marketing environments.
