We're looking for Customer Success Manager, will proactively engage with clients to understand their unique travel needs and guide them in leveraging our platform effectively. Your commitment to understanding the complexities of client requirements combined with your ability to deliver tailored solutions will ensure their success with FlyAkeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and adopt strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Deliver exceptional onboarding and training experiences, ensuring clients are well-equipped to use the FlyAkeed platform.
  • Analyze feedback from clients and share insights with internal teams to drive continuous improvement of services.
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities for upselling additional products and features based on client needs.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess their progress and align on goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and resolution of any issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in the tech or travel industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple customer accounts and achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Analytical skills to assess customer data and improve service delivery.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for fostering long-term relationships.
