Responsibilities

To be a core part of a growing Build and Distribution service, your role will be to manage the distribution of gaming devices to testers, download and install a Game build onto gaming devices and manage stock control and asset management.

The role also supports the IT department with onsite physical requirements.

The role will suit candidates who can work from Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30

This in an onsite role, your presence in the office will be required.

Madrid site: Universally Speaking (España), Calle Vía de los Poblados 1, Alvento Business Park, Edificio A piso 2, A, Hortaleza, Madrid, 28033

Requirements

Required Job role Skills

  • Drives efficiency and effectiveness to deliver against key objectives, not afraid to suggest more efficient processes.
  • First point of contact for device requests.
  • Ability to plan device distribution in an efficient way.
  • Ability to manage in-hand stock.
  • Must be able to Maintain a good effective working relationship with your internal customers and your departmental team.
  • A basic understanding of IT principles
  • Able to work to Targets.

Additional Job Role Skills

  • Has a good understanding of console types and mobile phone models.
  • Able to assist in troubleshooting issues
  • Keeps up to date with new technology.

Required Technical skills

  • Must be computer literate and have experience with Windows based systems.

Additional Technical skills

  • Has experience with Console Development kits or has been part of a Game testing environment.
  • Has had experience in a fast-moving time driven distribution network.
  • Has experience with ticket/helpdesk systems
  • Has experience within IT

Person Specification

  • A approachable and enthusiastic individual who can integrate quickly within a team. You will be enthusiastic about supporting others and enjoy being part of a Gaming company. 
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Teamworking skills.
  • Ability to work with little supervision.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Can be flexible with working patterns.

Desired skills

  • Experience within the gaming industry is an advantage, or enjoys being part of the Gaming industry.
