Destsetters, one of the most innovative tourism marketing agencies, is looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing & Expansion Specialist to join our team. This key role will drive the execution of our marketing strategies while expanding our reach by presenting the company and its projects to key audiences, such as architects, real estate firms, investment firms, design offices, and other collaborators in the tourism and hospitality sector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that Destsetters’ branding, marketing, and expansion strategies continue to thrive while supporting the company’s growth within the industry.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Plan Execution: Implement and oversee the company’s comprehensive marketing plan, ensuring all initiatives align with Destsetters’ growth strategy.
  • Brand Representation: Present the company to key audiences, including architects, real estate firms, investment firms, design offices, and collaborators to build and strengthen relationships, expanding Destsetters’ exposure and visibility.
  • Online Content & Digital Campaigns: Develop and manage the company’s online presence, including social media channels, website content, blogs, and articles. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, Google Ads, social media ads) to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
  • B2B Collaborations: Create professional presentations showcasing Destsetters’ unique value proposition, successfully engaging potential B2B partners such as hotel investors, architects, and real estate developers.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify opportunities for market expansion, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to refine and improve branding and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Media Studies, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, branding, or business development, with a proven track record in executing successful online content strategies and digital campaigns.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating visually compelling marketing materials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in B2B settings.
