Host - Soho House Copenhagen

We are seeking a charismatic host to be the first face our members see when they walk through the Soho House doors. You’ll have experience within a similar role, be comfortable with booking systems and email, as well as being a fantastic communicator both over the phone and face to face.

You are the first and the last person our members and guests see and creating special moments and setting high standards for what it is like coming into Soho House Copenhagen must be something that motivates you. As part of our Soho House team your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.

The job is mostly based in our reception area, but helping out in the house on the floor will be required from time to time. The hours vary as we are open all days from morning to evening, so you will have to be okay with working late nights and weekends.

We are hiring both full time and on call. Start date to be expected around August.

What we are looking for – Host

First and foremost we are looking for someone who can greet our Members and make sure that they feel welcome in the house at all times. We are all about hospitality and our host should naturally have the following:

• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Yes, yes, yes mentality
• Can do attitude
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
• Previous experience within hospitality or service-based industry would be ideal
