Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and best practices.
- Plan and execute campaigns to increase product awareness, adoption, and user engagement.
- Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and growth metrics to generate actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, conversion funnels, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to launch and optimize growth experiments.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and successful growth strategies across digital products.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Growth, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience building, growing, or marketing a mobile app or web-based product.
- Proven experience developing brand presence and driving audience growth on social platforms.
- Strong competitor research and market analysis skills.
- Ability to interpret data and make growth recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and experimentation.
