- Lead platform architecture reviews, technology evaluations, vendor assessments, and toolchain investment decisions
- Design and implement enterprise policy-as-code frameworks using Azure Policy and Ansible Automation Platform
- Define RBAC models, network segmentation strategies, secrets management practices, and zero-trust architectures
- Develop Ansible content strategies, reusable module libraries, and workflow orchestration using Tower/AWX
- Establish enterprise observability architecture, including telemetry standards, monitoring configuration, and alerting strategies
- Define and govern SLO/SLI frameworks and error budgets across platforms
- Lead incident response for platform-level issues, including postmortems and corrective actions
- Drive reliability engineering practices such as chaos engineering and resilience validation
- Architect infrastructure that supports AI/ML workloads including model serving, monitoring, and registry governance
- Partner cross-functionally with system, cloud, network, and application teams to design scalable automation workflows
- Define multi-region cloud strategies, including active/active and active/passive configurations and workload placement
- Mentor fellow engineers and serve as a technical escalation point for complex platform challenges
