CASETiFY is seeking a data-driven Assistant Marketing Manager for Performance Marketing to drive local growth and optimize our digital acquisition funnel. In this role, you will scale our performance marketing channels, manage key paid and organic platforms in Korea, and design seamless CRM customer journeys. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer lifetime value (LTV).

 

Job Description

Performance Marketing & Local Growth

  • Execute Paid Media: Plan, launch, and optimize Naver Brand Search, SEM, Display Ads (DA), and blog marketing campaigns to drive local user growth.
  • Manage Paid Messaging: Oversee KakaoTalk DM (Direct Messaging) strategies and target segmentations to boost conversions and retention.
  • Optimize Funnels: Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
  • Control Budget: Manage the performance marketing budget, track expenses, and ensure optimal ROAS across all digital channels.

 

CRM & Content Strategy

  • Build CRM Journeys: Work closely with the Global CRM team to design, implement, and automate full-lifecycle CRM journeys to increase local user engagement and retention.
  • Manage Local Email Marketing Calendar: Develop and execute high-performing EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) campaigns, analyzing open and click-through rates.
  • Collaborate on Creatives: Work with internal teams to develop engaging localized content for websites, newsletters, and social media.

 

Market Intelligence & Activation

  • Analyze Data: Monitor campaign metrics daily using analytics tools to provide actionable insights and performance reports.
  • Conduct Research: Track local market trends, user preferences, and competitor performance marketing tactics.
  • Manage Vendors: Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, ad networks, and localized platforms.

Qualifications

  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital media buying.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and CRM automation software.
  • Channel Expertise: Deep understanding of the Korean digital ecosystem, specifically Naver (SEM/DA/Blog) and KakaoTalk ecosystems.
  • Core Skills: Sharp project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a highly analytical mindset.
  • Languages: Native Korean with a professional working proficiency level of English (mandatory).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills are highly preferred.
