USD Salary: Negotiable based on experience

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, supporting pipeline growth, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive and highly motivated professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for business development in the digital marketing space.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads, coordinating with senior sales staff to schedule calls and demos.
  • Support outbound initiatives, including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Contribute to innovative marketing and sales initiatives, such as co-hosting podcast episodes or other content-driven projects.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and pipeline management to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads.
  • Develop knowledge of digital marketing disciplines such as SEO, paid advertising, and web design to better engage prospects and support the sales process.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), quick thinker, and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, paid advertising, web design) is a plus, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
