About UsWe are an AI-first engineering intelligence platform building the future of developer workflows completely from scratch. We are the core engineering team behind Fi, where we built and scaled fintech systems for over 3 million users. We don’t stitch together basic API wrappers; we work directly on deep system architectures. If you want a highly challenging, completely flat environment where you own your vertical without bureaucratic red tape, this is it.
This is a 0→1 environment. Things are messy. Decisions are fast. The bar is high.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Prompt-to-Video Pipelines: Build and optimize workflows using Runway, Sora, Pika, or Midjourney to generate b-roll, assets, and visual effects from scratch.
- Workflow Automation: Radically compress production timelines by leveraging AI for automated cutting, color grading, sound design, and multi-platform resizing.
- Synthetic Media Management: Work with AI voice clones (ElevenLabs) and digital avatars (HeyGen/Synthesia) to localize or scale content without needing constant reshoots.
- Hybrid Editing: Seamlessly stitch together raw human footage with AI-generated elements so flawlessly that the audience can't tell where the camera ends and the model begins.
- Tool Scouting: Actively experiment with emerging open-source and SaaS video models to keep our production stack ahead of the curve.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- An "AI-First" Mindset: You are deeply embedded in the generative tech space and have a portfolio that proves you can manipulate AI video without it looking like generic glitch art.
- Advanced Prompt Engineering: You understand how seed values, camera motion prompts, and aspect ratio parameters dictate the output of a video model.
- Traditional Foundations: You still know the rules of pacing, story structure, color theory, and sound design — you just choose to break and remake them with AI.
- Rapid Prototyping: The ability to turn an idea into a high-fidelity video concept in hours, not weeks.
