Remote LCSW Therapist | Full-Time Telehealth Role in Kentucky

Job Summary

This role is for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who wants to provide consistent, high-quality therapy in a remote setting. You will work with clients through secure video sessions, helping them understand current challenges, manage symptoms, and build practical skills they can use in daily life.

The work is steady, clinical, and client-focused. You will complete assessments, develop treatment plans, hold ongoing therapy sessions, and document care clearly. This position is a strong fit for an LCSW who enjoys direct therapy work and wants a structured full-time role without the demands of an in-person office setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients located in Kentucky
• Complete intake evaluations and review each client’s clinical, personal, and social history
• Create treatment plans that reflect client needs, symptoms, and goals
• Support clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and life transitions
• Use clinically appropriate therapy approaches based on each client’s presentation
• Track client progress and make treatment adjustments when needed
• Maintain accurate notes, treatment updates, and required documentation
• Follow Kentucky clinical standards, HIPAA rules, and telehealth guidelines
• Recognize risk concerns and follow the correct safety procedures

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
• Comfortable working with clients through video-based care
• Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
• Familiarity with HIPAA and ethical telehealth practices
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions
