Seeking Physical Therapist

Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 yearly DOE plus full benefits

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient role. You’ll help patients recover from injuries, improve strength, and build better movement patterns through personalized care. This is a steady position with a manageable pace and clear expectations day to day.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and establish treatment goals
• Develop and carry out therapy programs
• Provide hands-on treatment and guided exercise sessions
• Monitor patient response and update care plans
• Educate patients on long-term recovery strategies
• Maintain clear and complete documentation

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Able to manage a steady outpatient caseload
• Experience preferred but not required
