In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Estonian-speaking clients, assisting them with their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our services. Your efforts will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Estonian and English through various communication channels
• Effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a polite and professional manner
• Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to support service improvements
• Stay informed about the company’s products and updates to provide knowledgeable assistance

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian and English with excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
