The Courtesy Clerk plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by supporting front-end operations and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. This position assists customers with carry-out service, supports cashiers, and ensures store standards related to cleanliness, safety, and presentation are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide carry-out assistance as neededBag groceries accurately and efficiently, following company standardsRetrieve shopping carts from parking areas and maintain cart corralsMaintain cleanliness of the sales floor, restrooms, front-end areas, and parking lotAssist with basic stocking, facing, and product recovery as assignedRespond promptly to customer questions and direct them to appropriate departmentsSupport cashiers and supervisors during peak periodsFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelinesPerform additional duties as assigned by store managementRequired Qualifications
