Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced Video Content Creator to produce engaging social media video content in the healthcare industry. The role combines creativity, storytelling, and scientific accuracy, ensuring that the content informs, educates, builds trust, and entertains audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Content strategy development
• Planning, scriptwriting, and production of high-quality social media video content focused on healthcare topics, in a way that captures and maintains the attention of even younger audiences
• Transforming complex medical information into clear, understandable, and engaging visual content
• Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals for content creation
• Filming and editing video content for Social Media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
• Optimizing content for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
• Monitoring key performance indicators (engagement, retention, click-through rate) and continuously optimizing the content strategy
• Staying up to date with developments in the healthcare industry
• Continuously monitoring social media trends and digital best practices overall

Requirements

• Content strategy expertise
• Creativity, storytelling, and strong visual communication skills
• Proven 2–3 years of experience in video content creation for Social Media (portfolio required)
• Strong skills in video production and video editing (short-form & long-form content for TikTok, Reels, and any other platform needs)
• Very good knowledge of relevant tools and software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Motion, Canva, etc.)
• Ability to present complex topics in a simple and understandable way
• Strong attention to detail and emphasis on the accuracy of information
• Critical thinking and professionalism
• Ability to use humor effectively as a tool for creating engaging content
