About the role
Role Overview
As Business Analyst at Brighte, you'll sit at the heart of our AI and automation transformation within our sales and operations team. You'll identify where technology can unlock the most value, shape how that value is experienced by users, and lead implementation from start to finish — working across Commercial, Data, Operations, Technology, and Engineering to get things done.
This is a hands-on role with real impact. One week you might be mapping a broken process and designing an AI-powered solution to fix it; the next you're prototyping a solution, pressure-testing it with stakeholders, and embedding it into an operational team.
You'll report to the Head of Business Operations and work closely with the CFO, Head of Sales & Operations, Data team, and senior functional leaders to ensure every initiative is grounded in business value, built for humans, and delivers measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do
Problem Identification & Value Assessment
-
Develop a deep understanding of Brighte's business model, processes, and data landscape
-
Identify, prioritise, and roadmap AI and automation opportunities based on commercial impact, cost, and feasibility
-
Build business cases that connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes
-
Conduct use-case analysis for AI projects, including cost-benefit assessment and risk evaluation
-
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and visual concepts that teams can build from
Process & Experience Design
-
Bring ideas to life through wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Codex, Claude or equivalent
-
Work with users and stakeholders to understand pain points and design workflows around how people actually work
-
Ensure solutions are intuitive and adopted, not just technically functional
-
Develop clear handoff documentation so engineering can build with confidence
AI & Automation Implementation
-
Lead end-to-end implementation of AI and automation initiatives — on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals
-
Work closely with Engineering and Technical teams to integrate AI tools into Brighte's existing systems and processes
-
Partner with internal stakeholders to deploy and optimise tools including Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other automation platforms
Process Design & Scale
-
Identify broken or inefficient processes and redesign workflows that leverage AI and automation
-
Build new processes with scale in mind — documented, repeatable, and transferable across teams
-
Evaluate performance of implemented solutions and continuously surface opportunities for optimisation
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
-
Partner closely with the CFO, Head of Sales & Operations, Data team, and key functional leaders to align initiatives with Brighte's strategic roadmap
-
Facilitate workshops, co-design sessions, and prioritisation discussions across business units
-
Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear alignment on objectives, user needs, and outcomes
-
Maintain strong governance practices, ensuring AI adoption aligns with data security, privacy, and responsible AI standards
Who You Are
-
3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in a commercial or technology-driven environment
-
Genuine depth of knowledge in AI — you understand how large language models, machine learning, and automation tools actually work, not just how to use them
-
Proven track record identifying operational problems, assessing their commercial value, and leading solutions through to delivery
-
Comfortable with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent — you can put together a wireframe or user flow to communicate an idea
-
Strong experience with data analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
-
Hands-on experience with enterprise AI and automation platforms — Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent
-
Sharp commercial acumen — you can size an opportunity, build a business case, and make a clear recommendation
-
Excellent stakeholder skills — confident presenting to senior leaders and equally comfortable working alongside technical and design teams
-
Knowledge of data governance, security, and responsible AI principles
-
A self-starter who thrives on turning ambiguous problems into structured solutions and tangible outcomes
-
Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment where priorities shift and initiative is rewarded
-
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications a plus

Our hiring process
We use AI every day at Brighte, and we hire people who do too. Every role includes a short assessment that shows us how you put AI to work, use whatever tool you're most comfortable with, there's no trick to it.
Background and reference checks (police, AML, bankruptcy) come towards the end. We use AI in parts of our recruitment process, but final decisions are made by humans.
Not sure you meet every requirement? We'd still love to hear from you.
We know great candidates don't always have a perfectly linear career path. Skills, experience, and potential can be built in many different ways — if this role excites you but your background doesn't align perfectly, we encourage you to apply.
