We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to join our Retail team. In this role, you'll serve as a key operational support function for our Account Management and Merchant Operations teams, helping ensure smooth day-to-day execution across our retail and grocery partners. You'll handle a variety of operational, administrative, and logistical tasks, while adapting to evolving business needs and supporting high-impact initiatives across the organization. What You'll Be Doing
Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day operational support to Account Management and Merchant Operations teams.
- Execute a variety of administrative and back-office processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor ongoing operational workflows and ensure adherence to internal processes and guidelines.
- Support business-critical and seasonal initiatives by coordinating updates and operational tasks across merchant portfolios.
Device & Logistics Coordination
- Manage the preparation, configuration, and shipment of operational devices for merchant partners.
- Coordinate deliveries and logistics processes with external vendors and service providers.
- Track inventory and device allocation while ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
Financial & Administrative Tasks
- Review operational credits, deductions, and adjustments to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions when needed.
- Support ongoing reporting, documentation, and process tracking activities.
Merchant Operations Support
- Assist Merchant Operations teams during peak periods and operational projects.
- Support outbound communication with merchant partners regarding operational updates, procedures, and business requirements.
- Help drive process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in operations, administration, logistics coordination, or similar roles is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support changing priorities and business needs.
- Strong execution skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Service-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help internal and external stakeholders succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace tools; Excel experience is an advantage.
