About the role

Konew FinTech Corporation Limited · Onsite
  • Perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls and enquiries, greeting customers and other reception duties in a professional manner
  • Manage reception table, customer services centre and waiting area in appropriate condition
  • Assist the administration supervisor in all kinds of administration works
  • 40 working hours per week excluding meal breaks
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Diploma or above, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 3
  • At least 1 year customer services, receptionist or office administration experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, cheerful and proactive
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
