You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC installations, landscaping etc. A Maintenance Technician is a professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. Requirements

• Minimum (4) four years of related Facilities Maintenance experience in Senior Living, Hospitality or Multi Family and some formal training in at least one of the following areas: Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Appliance Repair, Remodeling.
• Ability to perform general maintenance repair needs at assigned communities, problem solve, plan, organize, communicate, and cooperate with others.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication skills.
• Must possesses own tools to perform daily maintenance tasks.
• Basic knowledge of Commercial building codes and OSHA safety regulations.
• Ability to follow instructions and to accept constructive criticism.
• Willingness to seek out new methods and participate and be able to incorporate them into existing maintenance practices.
• Highly motivated self starter with ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to effectively follow written and oral instructions.
• Must have valid state driver’s license.
