AERONES, a global leader in robotic wind turbine maintenance and inspection, is looking

for a Junior Data Entry Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support the

delivery of high-quality client reports by analyzing video and photo data from wind

turbines and ensuring data accuracy.

We provide full training—no prior experience is required!

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze video, visual data and record defects found in accordance with the Aerones defect catalogue.
  • Enter the data into the Aerones customer platform.
  • To be familiar with the specifics of the input of all Aerones wind turbine services according to the respective service manual.
  • To prepare final reports from the data entered.
  • Perform daily quality control of the team's work on projects and participate in the improvement of the internal quality system.
  • Carry out tasks in line with the company's development strategy.
  • To report on work performed in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements

  • General secondary education; technical background is a plus but not a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and precision.
  • Basic computer literacy, including Google Workspace (Docs, Drive) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in Latvian and English.
  • Responsible, analytical, and motivated to grow within a structured environment.
  • Full-time availability to work on-site in Riga.
  • Previous experience in data entry or quality control is a plus, but not required.
