We are hiring an Inbound Sales Executive to join our Commercial team in Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for converting inbound leads and partner referrals into paying customers. You will act quickly to qualify opportunities, manage follow-ups, and close standardized product sales while delivering a seamless and professional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has strong sales and objection-handling skills, excellent CRM discipline, and a proven ability to achieve revenue and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Qualification

  • Respond rapidly to inbound leads and referrals to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Contact new leads within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Qualify opportunities based on need, budget, authority, and timeline.
  • Disqualify non-fit leads according to established qualification criteria.

Sales Conversion

  • Convert qualified inbound opportunities into revenue.
  • Conduct discovery calls, present solutions, and address objections effectively.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets.

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate and complete CRM records.
  • Track all lead stages, conversion status, and sales outcomes.
  • Ensure strong pipeline hygiene with timely follow-ups and reminders.
  • Minimize lead leakage through disciplined process adherence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Route qualified complex opportunities to Client Growth or Field Sales teams.
  • Share lead quality feedback with Marketing.
  • Provide referral performance feedback to Partnerships.
  • Communicate customer insights and objections to relevant stakeholders.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver professional, responsive, and customer-focused interactions.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive buying experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in inbound sales, inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing revenue roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets

Skills

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of inbound leads
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong CRM experience and data-driven decision-making
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
  • Customer-focused and relationship-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
  • Experience handling leads generated through digital marketing and referral channels
