About the role
This position will begin on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition to full-time as our Event Marketing team continues to grow.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate event inventory, ordering, shipments, and logistics
- Maintain event calendars, timelines, and planning documents across multiple markets
- Support vendor communications, contracts, and event-related documentation
- Assist with meeting preparation, training materials, note-taking, and action-item tracking
- Monitor event budgets and expenses to support operational efficiency
- Analyze post-event results and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure timely communication of event details to internal stakeholders
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Event Marketing team
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach
