Job Title: Part-Time Payroll Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable Part-Time Payroll Assistant to take over the day-to-day payroll process as our team continues to grow. Payroll is currently managed internally, and we’re ready to hand off these responsibilities to someone experienced, detail-oriented, and dependable.

This role supports U.S.-based employees, so accuracy and timeliness are essential.

Work Schedule

• Part-time to start (EST)
• Flexible hours, with the possibility of expanding responsibilities over time

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve employee timecards
• Process payroll using payroll software
• Ensure payroll is submitted and completed on schedule
• Send invoices after payroll has been processed
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation

Requirements

• Prior experience handling payroll
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable and able to meet payroll deadlines consistently
• Comfortable using payroll systems

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Familiarity with QuickBooks
• Basic knowledge of Excel
