Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical enquiries and support tickets escalated from the Customer Service team
  • Support and maintain inventory tracking for onsite technicians, including tools, parts, and equipment
  • Provide operational and technical coordination support to onsite technicians
  • Assist in scheduling onsite service appointments and coordinate urgent service requests when required
  • Serve as backup support for onsite assignments in the event of technician absence or urgent manpower shortages
  • Review onsite service reports submitted by technicians and ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in reporting product or quality issues to suppliers and follow up where necessary

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and able to work with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable handling administrative, coordination, and operational support tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for reporting and tracking
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently when required
  • Prior experience in operations support, technical support coordination, logistics, or service coordination would be an advantage
