BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

This position is based in Greece.

You relocate for the season and live where other people spend their holidays.

Before your first shift:

Your accommodation is already organized.
Your meals are included during your contract.
Your seasonal EU contract is prepared.

No apartment hunting.
No worrying about grocery costs in a new country.

You arrive ready to focus on the job — and the experience.

YOUR FIRST WEEK

You quickly understand something:

Working in service at a holiday resort is different from working at home.

Guests are relaxed.
They are in holiday mode.
They expect good food — but also good energy.

You support breakfast, lunch or dinner service.
You prepare tables.
You coordinate with the kitchen.
You move constantly.

You are part of the rhythm of the hotel.

WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE

You serve food and drinks in the restaurant area.

You prepare service stations before opening.

You stay attentive during busy hours.

You support guests with questions about the menu.

You work closely with the kitchen and bar team.

Sometimes it’s calm.
Sometimes it’s intense.

But it is always team-based.

You don’t stand still.
You are part of the movement.

And your energy directly influences the guest experience.

AFTER THE SEASON

You leave with:

International hospitality experience
Team coordination skills
High-pressure service confidence
Stronger communication abilities

You have worked in a real holiday environment.

And that changes how you move in any future job.

This is not just a restaurant job.

It’s service in a place where people create memories.
