Purpose of Position

• The roles will be stationed in overseas production sites and be responsible for managing the production site, maximizing production output & efficiency as well as taking part in improvement projects.

Job Description

• Organize and supervise the site operations to achieve company’s business objectives.
• Monitor processes of production (printing), assembly, picking and packing. Ensure operational efficiency.
• Solve or report any practical and order problems in production. 
• Monitor performance of the outsourced service provider.                                                    
• Implement the SOPs and make suggestions when necessary.
• Perform staff training, team supporting and coaching.
• As a first point of contact for logistics issue.
• As a contact point between HK logistics team and CN logistics service providers.

Requirement

• Tertiary Education/Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or other related discipline.
• 5+ years of working experience in production management/operations management.
• Team working.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, good communication skill, fast-paced learner.
