Requirements

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable corporate infrastructure solutions (on-premises and cloud).
  • Configure and support LAN/WAN/WLAN environments, ensuring high availability and secure connectivity.
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policies, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
  • Consult clients on building and maintaining corporate IT asset management frameworks.
  • Consult on developing and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) systems.
  • Assist in integrating corporate systems using APIs and basic scripting/programming (Python preferred).
  • Support security best practices, including network segmentation, encryption, certificates, PKI, and secure authentication.
  • Communicate technical recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work with client teams to assess existing infrastructure and propose improvements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Participate in client workshops, presentations, and advisory engagements.

Soft Skills & Communication:

  • Strong technical communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • English: Upper-intermediate level or higher (spoken and written)

 

Requiremets:

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate infrastructure, system engineering, or IT consulting.
  • Proven hands-on experience with LAN/WAN/WLAN, routing and switching, and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory administration (users, groups, GPOs, domain services).
  • Knowledge of identity and access management principles; experience with Azure AD or similar solutions is a plus.
  • Basic programming/scripting skills (Python preferred).
  • Understanding TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, DNS, certificates, VPN, SD WAN, PKI, OAuth2, and secure communication principles.
  • Experience with cloud solutions, AI, ERP, CRM, SCADA, and IT asset management solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Basic understanding of cyber security in corporate environments.
  • English: Upper-intermediate or higher.
